ARTIST STATEMENT

My work is an exploration of human relationships to wild places, and the lasting effects we leave upon one another. My process involves many solo road trips, hikes, and meanderings. I observe the world with no particular destination in mind, capturing what sticks with me. My greatest inspiration comes while driving alone down long dirt roads, waking up outside, and the moments in between.
